Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:
- 25% of adjusted doctor production
- 12.5% of hygiene production
- Combined average: Approximately 31% of total adjusted production
Expected Earnings: $120K – $350K+ annually
Daily Guarantee: Yes
Continuing Education: 14 free CE courses per year
